Product Description

The VC-118-S camera test light box is a newly developed special camera test light box by Tilo.

This product can test cameras with different angles of view while using the same chart. Built-in mobile slide, easy to move the camera back and forth. The LED light source with high color rendering index, no flicker, long life, and stable color temperature is configured in the light box. The user can move back and forth and rotate the light source panel left and right according to different conditions to obtain a more uniform lighting environment.

VC-118-S camera test light box is mainly composed of box body, light source control box and bracket.

Precautions

1. Please use a suitable power supply and check the power label on the back of the light box before use.

2. When placing, ensure that the minimum distance between each light box or between the light box and the wall is 20cm. Make sure that there is a enough distance between the light box and flammable/combustible items.

3. The light box can no longer be used in explosive atmosphere space.

4. Be careful not to place the light box in a position near the wet water and water pipes and fire sprinklers. Keep the room dry.

5. Use a clean, lint-free cloth with water or water containing a small amount of neutral detergent to remove stains on the surface of the light box. Disable chemical solvent wipes and scratch with hard objects.

6. When maintaining and replacing the light box, cut off the main power supply.


Camera test light box VC-118-S function introduction

1. The box surface has a neutral grey color.

2. The window of the box is covered with a black cloth curtain, which is easy to open and close. Closing the curtain during operation ensures that the internal working environment is free from external influences.

3. There is a camera moving platform installed in the middle of the box. Two locking linear slide rails are installed under the platform. The platform can move back and forth, and can also be moved to a certain position to fix the slide rail.

A high- color rendering index, standard color temperature, and no stroboscopic LED light source are installed on the left and right sides of the mobile platform, and the light source illumination is adjustable. The LED light source lamp board is installed with two locking linear slide rails, which can be moved back and forth and moved to lock the slide rail at a certain position. Loosen the butterfly hand screw nut on the lamp holder. The LED light source lamp board can be rotated to adjust the angle so that the light from the light source illuminates the back of the light box more evenly. After determining the angle, tighten the wing nut to fix the position.


The light source control method of the VC-118-S camera test light box is as follows

1. Connect the power connection cables of the left and right LED light boards to the LED power connector plug 1 and plug 2 of the light source control box, the connection cable does not distinguish the left/right sides.

2. Connect the 220V power cord to the light source control box socket.

3. Turn on the 1-way light source power switch and rotate the 1-way light source dimming knob to control the brightness of the 1-way LED light source in the left and right lamp boards. Rotate the light source clockwise from dark to brighten, and rotate the light counterclockwise to brighten gradually from light. The dimming knob is divided into two levels of control, the first dimming knob 1 and the second dimming knob 2 . The same method controls the other 3-way LED light sources.

VC-118-S camera test light box standard is a 6500K ± 200K color temperature LED light source. Users can configure the light source according to their needs (see the following table).

Camera test

The VC-118-S is a light box designed for camera testing. It can be used to test different angles of view. The maximum number of ISO 12233 standard test charts can be posted on the back of the light box up to 2 times (712mm*400mm). In addition to the standard ISO12233 test chart, there are also graphics charts for wide-angle lens and fisheye lens testing. All the back of the charts is magnetic, and the card can be placed anywhere in the light box according to user requirements.

Camera test light box VC-118-S maintenance

1. The free maintenance period of the light box is 1 year.

2. When performing maintenance on the light box, turn off the main power and unplug the power line.

3. If the light box wall plate, bottom plate, reflector plate is covered with dust or fingerprints, mimeographs and other stains, spots, gently wipe the dirt with a clean white soft cloth dampened with water or water containing a neutral detergent. Do not use hard shaving and chemical solvent decontamination to avoid damaging the surface coating of the wall of the light box.

4. If the light box surface coating is damaged or discolored, it should be replaced.
