Using modern color measurement technologies like spectrophotometers in your production process can prevent these problems. Spectrophotometers create an objective basis for color analysis that avoids the inherent subjectivity of vision-based assessment. This is because there are biological differences in human color vision that may impact how color is perceived; one person’s idea of orange may appear more red to another person. Inconsistent lighting conditions and variations in background color can also affect color perception—a dark background may make an orange sign appear more bright and fluorescent than if you viewed the same color against a light, or white, background. The level of color contrast tricks the human eye.
Product Introduction
NS808 Paint Color Matching Spectrophotometer features a 3.5" ultra-large display with touch-screen function which makes the operation quite simple, the interface very friendly. Elegant appearance combines perfectly with the ergonomic design, which makes it a model of portable handheld spectrophotometer.
NS808 spectrophotometer adopts a 58mm ultra-large integrating sphere which can homogenize light better, and the 45°/0 optical geometry structure conforming to the standards CIE, ISO, ASTM, DIN, all of which make its accuracy incomparable.
Repetitive error is less than 0.04ΔE*ab, inter-instrument error is less than 0.2ΔE*ab, which make its stability and reliability of measurement very superior.
NS808 spectrophotometer is configured with 2 types of observer angles, 2° and 10°, multiple light source types, multiple color space systems, multiple chromaticity indexes conforming to different standards, all of which make NS808 can excellently fulfill all kinds of requirements for color measurements in different industries.
Applications
NS808 precise traffic road sign Paint Color Matching Spectrophotometer is a dedicated instrument for the color measurements of traffic road signs. NS808 can be easily used to measure the brightness factor of reflecting film and chromaticity coordinates of all kinds of traffic signs. Its system has the built-in GB2893 safety color module and all the standard color modules of GB/T18833 road traffic reflecting film. So, users can choose from them freely according to application. And users can also conveniently customize polygon tolerance they want.
NS808 spectrophotometer also goes with a powerful PC software SQCT which includes more extended functions that can enormously facilitate your work. Once combined with a PC via the software SQCT, NS808 can perform perfect measurements, analysis and comparison of the color of traffic signs.
With the configuration of universal test component and powder test box, measurements of liquid, paste, powder and particle can be implemented without hesitation.
